Our boundary surveys are conducted by an experienced Licensed Surveyor. We initially complete a title and plan search and perform office calculations to determine the absolute position of your boundaries. The boundaries are then pegged on site in accordance with your builder or contractors needs. A signed pegging plan is provided as a record, outlining the location of pegs placed as well as the position of fencing and other structures in relation to your boundaries. This plan can also be used for legal purposes and to settle boundary/encroachment disputes.

Boundary surveys are required in the following situations:

Our topographic surveys provide detailed information about the contours and features of your property. This information is essential for all building, engineering, and land development projects. We provide accurate 3D information in CAD format to your architect/building designer or engineer to use as a base for your project design. An accurate boundary model can be added to the survey if you are redeveloping/extending up to or within close proximity of a boundary.
